Processing time

Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Made-to-order or custom length pieces may take a little longer — we will message you if so.

UK delivery

• Tracked UK delivery: £4.50, includes a gift box.
• Free tracked UK delivery on orders of £60 or more.
• Usually arrives within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

International delivery

If international shipping is enabled at checkout, delivery times and duties/taxes (if any) depend on the destination. Import charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Current international rates at checkout: EU £14.99; other international destinations £23.99.

Packaging

Every order is packed securely for transit and includes a gift box.
