Welcome to Everia. By using everia.uk and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

The shop

Everia sells carefully handmade freshwater pearl jewellery. Email: sales@everia.uk.

Products

Pearls are natural materials — colour, shape and lustre vary from piece to piece. Photos are representative; small variations are normal and part of handmade jewellery with natural freshwater pearls. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.

Orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order (for example stock or pricing errors) and will refund any payment taken. Payment is processed securely via Shopify and our enabled payment providers.

Shipping & returns

Delivery and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

Site content, photos and branding belong to Everia and may not be reused without permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other rights that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
